We grind, blend and package in small lots — usually within seven days of an ingredient arriving in Metuchen. Whole spices are shipped within weeks of harvest where possible, ground spices within months.
Yes. We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states via USPS and UPS. Most orders arrive in 2–4 business days. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international addresses.
If you're not happy with an order, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Because of food-safety regulations we cannot resell returned items, so opened goods can simply be discarded — we'll still refund you.

Yes — it's one of our favorite things to do. Our blending team will develop 2–4 prototypes for you to taste, refine the winner with you, and produce it under your spec. Typical lead time is 14–21 business days from final approval.
We do. We package small-to-mid runs of jars, bottles and pouches under your brand identity. Minimum order quantities vary by product — please reach out for specifics.
Many are — we carry a substantial selection of certified-organic, kosher and non-GMO products. Each item lists its certifications on the product page. If you have specific dietary requirements, our team will happily build a curated list for you.
Cool, dark, dry, sealed. Avoid the cabinet above your stove (heat ruins aromatics). Whole spices keep their flavor for 1–2 years; ground spices are best within 6–12 months of grinding.
