All orders are subject to acceptance by Mamar. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout (wholesale customers may be eligible for Net-30 terms with approval). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or inventory shortages.
Shipping options, delivery times and return procedures are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
